1.) 12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Urban Improvement Trust, Pali against the internal development work of the project those plots are plot no. 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 61, 62, 63 and 64 admeasuring 1271 Sq.Mtr. 2.) Open Area of the project is 5377.49 sq.mtr. and the same is calculated by considering park area as 772.57 sq.mtr. and road area as 4604.92 sq. mtr. 3.)
