That The Said Project Is Already Completed and As per Township policy 2010 12.5% of the total saleable area i.e. Plot no 10,13,14,15, Informal sector 1, Informal sector 2, Informal sector 3 And Informal sector 4 had been mortgaged with Nagar Parishad Hanumangarh for the Internal Development works related to this project and same has been released vide letter dated 04.12.2023, same is uploaded in map layout plan Tab and Gantt Chart Tab also. 2. Open Area is 1903.52 Mtr (which includes 1532.90 Sq Mtr For Road, 288.87 Park and Informal Sector Parking 81.75 sq mtr).
