That the said project is completed and As per Township policy 2010 12.5% of the total saleable area i.e. Plot no 10, 11, 22, 28, 28A, 29, 29A, 30 and 42 had been mortgaged with Nagar Parishad Hanumangarh for the Internal Development works related to this project and same has been released vide letter dated 04.12.2023, same is uploaded in map layout plan and Gantt Chart Tab. 2. Open Area is 6242.74 Mtr (which includes 5275.08 Sq Mtr For Road, 754.91 Park , and 212.75 Sq Mtr for Informal Sector Parking Area) .
