1.Our project is already registered with RERA as plotted development with RERA Registration no. RAJ/P/2018/683. Now we are considering sale /transfer of fully constructed villa/Apartment (G+1) on some of the plots. In the project it is proposed to sell both plots as well as G+1 apartment/Villa units. Out of total 158 plots 50 units (Plot no. 23 to 28, 45, 56 to 57, 68 to 78, 89 to 90, 95 to 101, 110 to 111, 122 to 123, 138 to 149, 152, 155 to 158) sold as plots and on 108 plots, we are constructing G+1 apartment/Villa (Total apartment/Villa are 216).The units may be sold as per the standard design and specifications or may be customized as per the requirements of the clients at the discretion of the promoter. 2. Due to limited storage of space we have uploaded all high scan of maps and letter under tab Building Documents>Building Sanction plan. 2. Land Cost and Development cost of the project has updated on 02-09-2020. This bears the approval of Honorable Chairman Sir.
