Presently local body has given the construction permission upto S+8th floor and therefore in this project we are constructing up to S+8th Floor only. If in the future the promoter decides to construct or market any unit above the S+8th, we shall obtain the construction permission, register the above floors with RERA with necessary consent of the allottees and then construct, market or sell those units. (by paying necessary statutory fee)
