In the project it is proposed to sell both plots as well as villas. Out of total 26 units in the project , villas will be developed on 24 units.The villas may be sold as per the standard design and specifications or may be customized as per the requirements of the clients at the discretion of the promoter. 2 units i.e plot no 155 and 179 will be sold under category of plotted development .
