As presently approval is for 2 Basements+2 Stilts+service floor +7 and building is proposed for 2 basements+2 Stilts+service floor+17 and remaining approval will be obtained in due time, Therefore other details like GBUA,development cost, no of floors, parking details, proposed but not sanctioned inventoryetc has been filled in keeping view project as upto 17 floors however subject to approval from competent authority. Stilt 2 floor parking is apprised in tab of 'any other floor' under parking details in the application.
