1.) Proposed building is for Basement + 2 stilt +19 floors, but UIT Kota has approved the drawings for Basement + 2 stilt + 8 floors in 3A provision of CMJAY Scheme 2015 dated 06.08.2021. Remaining approvals from 9th floor to 19th floor will be obtained in due time. 2.) We have obtained the construction permission upto 19th floor from the local body on 20.12.2024 and the same is submitted in RERA vide application no. RAJ-RERA-APP-MR-2025-348.
