The phase area, land cost and development cost were inadvertently filled as 3849.62 sq. mtr., Rs. 18200000 and Rs. 177500000 respectively. The above mentioned figures should be read as:- (A) Phase area = 7206.33 sq.mtr. (B) Land Cost = Rs.18200000.00/- (C) Development cost = Rs.320500000.00/- The balance fees has been paid through net banking. Therefore fees paid should be read as Rs. 33570+38496= 72066.00/- in place of Rs. 38496.00/-. As per remark the correct phase area has been rectified in Land Details of Registering Project.
