1. As per Township Policy 2010,12.5% of the total saleable plots i.e M1, M2, M3, M4 & M5 total 5 Plots (461.21 Sq. Mtr.) has been mortgaged by the Jaipur Development Authority, Jaipur. These plots would be allotted after the development work of project is completed and development charges are deposited with JDA. 2. Open Area 2107..01 Square meters includes 275 Sq Mtr for Park, 275 Sq Mtr for Facility, 50 Sq Mtr for Solid waste management, 10 Sq Mtr for Mobile Tower and 1465.53 Sq Mtr for Road and we have earmarked the place for common parking near the retail commercial, therefore same is included in the open area, However Open Area and GBUA Sheet certified by architect is uploaded in Layout Approval Tab.
