1. The total land area of the project is 47041.56 sq. mtr. which was in the ownership of M/s Arihant Superstructures Limited. The promoter M/s Adinath Buildwell Pvt. Ltd. purchased a piece of land admeasuring 2100 sq. mtr. vide sale deed dated 14.01.2021. he promoter has applied for registration of only 1024.65 sq. mtr. area has its 2nd phase. The 1st phase has already registered as "ADINATH ADITA" with RERA No. RAJ/P/2021/1490.
