1. The total land area of the project is 47041.56 sq. mtr. which was in the ownership of M/s Arihant Superstructures Limited. The promoter M/s Adinath Buildwell Pvt. Ltd. purchased a piece of land admeasuring 2100 sq. mtr. vide sale deed dated 14.01.2021. The promoter has applied for registration of only 1075.35 sq. mtr. area has its 1st phase and intend to introduce the remaining 1024.65 sq. mtr as future extension. The common area of the total building plan which was approved on 10.12.2013 is already complete and in operation. 2. With the permission of RERA, Project name has been changed from "LETICIA" to "ADINATH ADITA"; and all declarations, undertakings, agreements and other documents executed by the promoter with "LETICIA" as the name of this project will continue to hold good for this project now named as "ADINATH ADITA"
