1. As per Township Policy 2010, we have to mortgage 12.50 % plots, accordingly 7 Plots, Plot No. 1,2,3,4,5,6 and 17 are kept mortgage with JDA. These Plots will be released once development work is completed and development charges are deposited with JDA. 2. As per point no. 1 of Area Analysis table in approved maps, Sector Comm. Khatedar + Road Area is 1280.09 sq mtrs , however Plots S2,S3,S4,S5,S6,S7 and S9 are Khatedar Plots whose area is 1136.39 Sq mtrs and included in saleable area and remaining (1280.09-1136.39= 143.70 Sq mtrs ) is road area which is included in open area 3. Saleable area includes Residential Area 5002.80 Sq mtrs, Informal commercial 307.61 Sq mtrs and Khatedar Plots admeasuring 1136.39 Sq mtrs totallng 6446.80 Sq mtrs 4. The Open Area includes Park 435.09 sq. mtrs., SWM 50.00 sq. mtrs., P.U. 10.00 sq. mtrs., Mobile Tower 10.00 sq. mtrs., Road 2864.13 sq. mtrs, Road (Sector Comm. Khatedar) 143.70 sq. mtrs. and Sector Road 3514.64 sq. mtrs. totalling 7027.56 sq. mtrs. 5. The J.D.A. Residential Plot, Plot No. S8 and J.D.A. Com. Plot, Plot No. S1 will be sold by J.D.A. only and not by the promoter
