1.) 12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the UIT, Bhilwara against the internal development work of the project those plots are plot no. 28 to 31 admeasuring 277.97 SqMtr. 2.) Open area of the project is calculated by considering Road Area 1689.15 Sq. mtr. , Park Area is 202.25 Sq. mtr.
