Mt (2300.00 Sq.ft) which is shown as reserved in the layout plan and the planning of such land will be done by UIT, Udaipur, and promoter has no right on such reserved part. 2. This is to declare that, as per the demand and desire of the allottee we can sell the plot or villa in this project.
