1.) 12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the BIDA, Alwar against the internal development work of the project those plots are plot no. 50, 51 and 52. 2.) Open area of the project is 1005.04 sq. mtr. The same is calculated by considering road area as 1005.04 sq. mtr.
