1.) 12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the UIT, Pali against the internal development work of the project those plots are plot no. 33, 34, 35, 37, 38, 40 to 45. 2.) Open area of the project is 9313.34 sq. mtr. The same is calculated by considering road area as 4882.78 sq. mtr. , park area as 500.64 sq. mtr., Plantation belt as 3929.93 sq. mtrs.
