As per Township Policy 2024, we have to mortgage 12.5 % plots with the Local Body, accordingly 6 Plots, Plot No.- 22,23,24,25,44 and 45 are kept mortgage and we have annexed the mortgaged deed in othe documents tab and These Plots will be released once development work is completed and development charges are deposited. 2. Open Area Includes Park Area 445.08 sq. mtrs., S.W.M. M.T.P Area 37.16 sq. mtrs., and Road Area 2817.16 sq. mtrs. totalling 3299.4 sq. mtrs.
