THE LAYOUT OF THE PROJECT IS APPROVED BY U.I.T. ALWAR VIA LETTER NO:-5238/20 DATED:- 07-09-20 & TYPE DESIGN OF APARTMENTS(VILLAS) ARE APPROVED BY EMPANELLED ARCHITECT ANKIT SHARMA HAVING REGISTRATION NO:-CA/07/40652. FURTHERMORE UNIT NO 13 CAN BE SOLD/DEVELOPED AS PLOT/RESIDENTIAL UNIT/ ROAD EXTENSION AND IT WOULD DEPEND IN FUTURE ONLY ON UNIT HOLDER/FUTURE PLANNING. THE ROW HOUSES MAY BE SOLD AS PER THE STANDARD DESIGN AND SPECIFICATIONS OR MAY BE CUSTOMISED AS PER THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE CLIENT, AS MAY BE MUTUALLY AGREED BETWEEN THE CLIENT AND THE PROMOTER.
