Total no. of Floors in the project are 2 Basements+Ground+18 Floor, out of which permission for construction has been granted by the JDA for 2 Basements+Ground+11 Floors has been granted on 03.01.2025. Now, on 18.06.2025 permission for remaining floors i.e. 12th to 18th floors has been granted. Necessary formalities like RERA Fee, details of apartments, GBUA etc. has been already filed as per 2 Basements + Ground+ 18 Floors.
