1) As per Township Policy 2010, 14 Plots (Plot No. 18 to 23, 32 to 37, C-02 and C-05) having Total area of 1381.68 Sq. Mtrs. of residential plots and 153.61 Sq. Mtrs. of commercial plots equal to 12.5% of saleable area have been kept as mortgage under ADA AJMER. These plots would be allotted after the internal development work of project is completed and development charges are deposited with ADA AJMER. 2) Since it is a plotted development project therefore no parking details are required. 3) The Total Open Area 8006.88 Square meters and the area related SWM 50.00 Sq. Mtr, Park 997.65 Sq Mtr, and area in Road is 6917.23, and apart from that area of Tower is 42.00 Sq Mtr.
